              &lt;div&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;span&gt;Justice Zukin has served on the Court of Appeal since July 2023. She served as an Associate Justice in Division Four for two years and began serving as the Presiding Justice of Division Four in 2025.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;span&gt;In 2018, Justice Zukin was appointed to the Los Angeles Superior Court by Governor Edmund G. Brown Jr., where she served for five years. Justice Zukin presided over family law, general jurisdiction civil trials, and an unlimited independent civil calendar court. She also served as the West District Site Judge for the Beverly Hills Courthouse.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;span&gt;At the Los Angeles Superior Court, she worked to establish the court’s Judicial Mentor Program and was involved in the development of the California Judicial Mentor Program. Also at the Los Angeles Superior Court, she served as an active member of the Diversity &amp;amp; Inclusion, Access and Fairness, and Community Outreach Committees, as well as the Equity and Inclusion and Civil Engagement Initiative Working Groups, and the New Judicial Officers Judicial Education Seminar Subcommittee. She has lectured on a broad range of legal subjects to judges, attorneys, and law students.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;span&gt;Justice Zukin was born and raised in Los Angeles. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree with high academic honors from the University of California, Santa Cruz, and her law degree from Loyola Law School.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;span&gt;After law school, Justice Zukin began her legal career as an associate at Greene, O’Reilly, Agnew &amp;amp; Broillet. She moved to Simke, Chodos, Silberfeld &amp;amp; Anteau, where she became a partner. Justice Zukin joined Kiesel Law in 2006, becoming a partner in 2010. Throughout her career, Justice Zukin practiced plaintiffs complex civil litigation, including mass toxic torts, pharmaceutical and defective device actions, product liability, environmental property damage, and health care actions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;span&gt;Justice Zukin’s community engagement includes serving as Chair of the State Bar of California’s Commission on Judicial Nominees Evaluation (JNE) and Chair of its Review Committee. She has served as Chair of the LACBA Judicial Appointments Committee (JAC), Chair of the United States District Court, Central District of California Merit Selection Panel (MSP), and currently is Chair of the Los Angeles Judicial Selection Advisory Committee (LA JSAC). Justice Zukin is currently the Co-Chair of the Appellate Judicial Mentor Program. Justice Zukin is a member of the LACBA President’s Advisory Committee on Women in the Legal Profession (PAC-Women) and Co-Chair of the Promoting Women to Lead Subcommittee. Justice Zukin served as a member of the Board of Governors of the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles. She is a current member of the Association of Business Trial Lawyers’ Board of Directors. Justice Zukin is a long-time member of the LACBA Litigation Section Executive Committee and served as its Chair in 2017. Justice Zukin has served as President of the Los Angeles Ethics Commission.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;span&gt;Justice Zukin is the recipient of LACBA’s 2025 Philip H. Lam Diversity Impact Award. She is also a recipient of the 2025 Armenian Bar Association Judges Night Award.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;span&gt;He served as an Associate Justice in Division Seven from 2023 until his confirmation as Presiding Justice in 2024 by the Commission on Judicial Appointments.&lt;s&gt; &lt;/s&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Justice Martinez previously served in the Governor’s Office as deputy judicial appointments secretary and also worked in legal affairs. Martinez advised on the appointment of almost 400 judges across California and frequently spoke on judicial appointments throughout the State.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;He served as a deputy solicitor general in the Office of the Solicitor General in the California Attorney General’s Office. He represented the State in significant civil and criminal matters in state and federal courts, including the United States Supreme Court and the California Supreme Court. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Justice Martinez was previously in private practice. He was a partner in the Appellate and Supreme Court Practice Group at Squire Patton Boggs (U.S.) LLP, practicing before appellate and trial courts nationwide. He also worked at Coblentz Patch Duffy &amp;amp; Bass LLP and Morrison &amp;amp; Foerster. As an attorney, he was certified as a specialist in Appellate Law by the State Bar of California. The Daily Journal recognized him as one of the “Top 100 Lawyers in California.” &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;He graduated from Harvard Law School and Harvard College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in history and literature, magna cum laude with highest honors. He earned a Master’s degree in English from Stanford University. He clerked for the Honorable Maxine M. Chesney at the U.S. District Court, Northern District of California, and for the Honorable Anthony W. Ishii at the U.S. District Court, Eastern District of California, both after several years of practice. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Martinez was born in Porterville, California, where he attended public schools. He was an appellate lawyer representative and a district court lawyer representative to the Ninth Circuit Judicial Council. Martinez also served on the national board of governors for the Hispanic National Bar Association and in leadership roles in several local bar associations. He also coached high school mock trial teams, and regularly speaks to law, college, and high school students.&lt;/p&gt;

              &lt;div&gt;&lt;p&gt;Christopher Clarke Cottle is a former Justice of the Court of Appeal, Sixth Appellate District. He was appointed to the position by Governor Wilson on January 6, 1993, and was confirmed by the Commission on Judicial Appointments on February 4, 1993. He was then confirmed by the electorate on November 8, 1994 to a four-year term commencing January 3, 1995. Prior to his appointment, he served as an Associate Justice of the same court from September 29, 1988 until February 4, 1993. He was appointed to this position by Governor Deukmejian on August 12, 1988 and then confirmed by the electorate to a 12-year term in 1990. During this time, he also served as the Acting Presiding Justice of the Court from March 1, 1992 until February 4, 1993. Christopher was also a Judge of the Superior Court of Santa Cruz County from August 26, 1977 until September 29, 1988. He was appointed by Governor Brown Jr. on July 7, 1977 and was then elected in 1978 (unopposed) and re-elected in 1984 (unopposed). He served as the presiding judge in 1986 and 1984. Before his judicial career, Christopher worked as a District Attorney from January 8, 1975, to August 26, 1977, and as an Assistant District Attorney from June 1, 1968 to January 8, 1975 in Santa Cruz County. He also had a private law practice in San Jose from 1967-1968 and worked as a Counselor for the San Francisco Probation Department and as a janitor at Hastings College of Law while attending law school. Christopher received his J.D. from Hastings College of Law in San Francisco in June 1966 and his B.S. from Stanford University in Palo Alto (with a football scholarship) in June 1962. He is a member of the California Judges Association and a former member of the California Judicial Council’s Advisory Committee on Voir Dire and the California District Attorneys Association. He was also an instructor for Evidence at Cabrillo College in Santa Cruz from 1972-1976. Christopher was born on May 18, 1940 in Los Angeles, California. He is married with two sons and enjoys playing tennis and racquetball, and skiing. He is a Democrat and an Episcopalian and served as the Senior Warden of St. John the Baptist Episcopal Church. He was admitted to the California Bar on December 23, 1966 and to the U.S. Court of Appeals, Ninth Circuit and U.S. District Court, Northern District of California in December 1966.&lt;/p&gt;

He married Lillian Bergren on August 29, 1953, in Reno, Nevada, and they have four children: Michael, Lisa, Cheryl, and Julie. Agliano served in the U.S. Army from January 1954 to January 1956. He is a Republican and enjoys playing golf. Agliano graduated from Monterey High School in 1949 and Saint Thomas Aquinas Grammar School in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, in 1945. He earned an A.A. from Monterey Peninsula College in June 1951. He then attended the University of California, Berkeley, where he played football and earned a B.S. in Business Administration in January 1954. Agliano received his J.D. from Hastings College of the Law, San Francisco, California, in June 1959. He was admitted to the California Bar and to the U.S. District Court, Northern District of California, on January 12, 1960. Agliano started his career as a Legal Research Assistant at the California Department of Justice in Sacramento in 1959. He then served as a Deputy Attorney General in the California State Department of Justice&#039;s Criminal Division from January 1960 to December 1962. He practiced private law in Salinas, Monterey County, from December 1962 to October 1971, partnering with Panelli &amp;amp; Aaliano. Agliano was appointed by Governor Reagan as a Judge for the Municipal Court, Salinas Judicial District, Monterey County, on September 29, 1971, and served until March 15, 1972. He then served as a Judge for the Superior Court, Monterey County, from March 16, 1972, to November 2, 1984, having been appointed by Governor Reagan and elected unopposed in 1974 and 1980. Agliano was appointed as an Associate Justice for the same court by Governor Deukmejian on September 14, 1984, and served until April 16, 1986. He was then appointed as the Presiding Justice for the Court of Appeal, Sixth Appellate District, by Governor Deukmejian on March 31, 1986. He was confirmed by the Commission on Judicial Appointments on April 16, 1986, and by the electorate to a 12-year term in 1988. He retired from the bench on February 28, 1992. Since 1992, Agliano has been available as a private judge and is a member of the Judicial Arbitration &amp;amp; Mediation Services, Inc. (JAMS). Agliano has been a member of the California Judges Association since 1971 and served on its Criminal Law and Procedure Committee in 1976. He was also a member of the California Judicial Council&#039;s Sentencing Practices Advisory Committee from 1976 to 1977 and the Monterey County Bar Association from 1963 to 1971. Agliano made significant decisions as an appellate justice, including the Municipal Court v. Superior Court (1988), Financial Corp. of America v. Wilburn (1987), and In re Estate of Parrette (1985). His significant trial court decisions include City of Oakland v. Oakland Raiders (1982).&lt;/p&gt;

He was appointed by Governor Wilson on July 23, 1991, and was confirmed by the Commission on Judicial Appointments on August 26, 1991, taking his oath the same day. He was then confirmed by the electorate on November 8, 1994 for a 12-year term commencing on January 3, 1995. Prior to his appointment, Strankman had been an Associate Justice of the same court, Division Three since May 16, 1988, when he was appointed by Governor Deukmejian and confirmed by the Commission on Judicial Appointments. He had been confirmed by the electorate on November 6, 1990. Before that, Strankman had been a judge of the Superior Court of Contra Costa County since January 5, 1981, having been elected to the post on June 3, 1980, and re-elected in 1986. He was the Presiding Judge in 1987 and 1986, and was the Assistant Presiding Judge in 1985. Strankman also served as the Chief Assistant District Attorney in Contra Costa County between 1978 and 1980, and was a Deputy District Attorney from 1968 to 1978, serving as a trial deputy and head of the Richmond and Concord branch offices. He also served with the Contra Costa Legal Services Foundation in 1968. Strankman was a member of the California District Attorneys Association, serving on the Board of Directors in 1979. He was also a member of the St. Mary&#039;s College County Scholarship Committee from 1978 to 1988, and was named Trial Judge of the Year by the Alameda-Contra Costa Trial Lawyers Association in 1985. Strankman was a faculty member of the California Continuing Judicial Studies Program from 1988 to 1995, and was an instructor at U.C. Berkeley, John F. Kennedy Univ. School of Law in Walnut Creek, Golden Gate Univ. in San Francisco, and various community colleges in Contra Costa County. Strankman had earned his J.D. from the Univ. of Calif., Boalt Hall School of Law in Berkeley in 1966, his LL.M. from the Univ. of Virginia School of Law in Charlottesville in 1995, his M.A. in English Literature from San Francisco State Univ. in 1968, and his B.A. in English Literature and History from the Univ. of Washington in Seattle in 1963. He served in the U.S. Army Air Corps during World War II and the Korean War, reaching the rank of Lieutenant (Aerial Navigator). He went on to earn his B.S. from the University of California, Berkeley in 1949 and his J.D. from Hastings College of the Law in San Francisco in 1952. After being admitted to the California Bar in 1952, Racanelli began his private law practice specializing in civil and criminal proceedings in both Sunnyvale, Santa Clara County and San Francisco. In 1964, Racanelli was appointed by Governor Brown, Sr. to the Superior Court in Santa Clara County. He was elected to the bench in 1966 and reelected in 1972. Racanelli was named the Presiding Judge in 1971 and the Assistant Presiding Judge in 1977. In 1977, Governor Brown Jr. appointed Racanelli to the Court of Appeal, First Appellate District, Division One, succeeding Presiding Justice John B. Molinari. Racanelli was confirmed by the Commission on Judicial Appointments in June 1977 and took the oath of office on June 3, 1977. He was then confirmed by the electorate in November 1978 and reconfirmed in November 1982. Racanelli served as the Administrative Presiding Judge from January 1981 to February 1987 and retired from the bench in January 1991. After his retirement, he served as an Adjunct Assistant Professor of Law at Hastings College of the Law from Fall 1991 to Spring 1992. Racanelli was a member of many organizations, including the National Council on Crime &amp;amp; Delinquency, the California Judges Association, the Santa Clara County Bar Association, the Bar Association of San Francisco, The Bay Institute of San Francisco, the Italian-American Heritage Association, The Hastings College of the Law Alumni Association, and the International Academy of Trial Judges. He was also the President of the American Justinian Society, Chairman of the Koshland Civic Unity Awards Committee, and a participant in the National Conference of Metropolitan Courts. Low was a retired Presiding Justice of the Court of Appeal, First Appellate District, Division Five, who was appointed to the newly-created position by Governor Brown. Jr. in December 1982. He was confirmed by the Commission on Judicial Appointments on December 29th, 1982 and was sworn in the same day. He was subsequently elected by the electorate in November 1986 and retired from the bench on December 31st, 1991, though he worked an additional two months for the same court as an Associate Justice pro tempore. Prior to his appointment, Low served as the Assistant Administrative Presiding Justice of the Court from March 5th, 1987 to July 1st, 1988. He also served as an Associate Justice pro tempore of the Supreme Court of California at various times from 1983 to 1992. Before his appointment to the Court of Appeal, he served as a Judge of the Superior Court of the City and County of San Francisco from December 3rd, 1974 (date of oath) to December 29th, 1982. He was elected on June 4th, 1974 for a term commencing January 5th, 1975 and was re-elected in 1980. Low also held past employment as a Deputy Attorney General at the California State Department of Justice in the Tax Section from 1956 to 1966, and served as President of the San Francisco Police Commission from 1992. He was also a Commissioner of the Workmen&#039;s (now Workers’) Compensation Appeals Board from March to December 1966. Throughout his career, Low was an active member of the California Judges Association, American Bar Association, Asian-American Bar Association of the Greater Bay Area, Bar Association of San Francisco, Friends of Park &amp;amp; Recreation, St. Vincent&#039;s Boys Home Godfathers, and various other professional, civic, and charitable organizations. He also served as Chair of the Senior Tutors for Youth, Chinese American International School, Education Center for Chinese, National President and President of the Chinese American Citizens Alliance, President of the Institute of Chinese Western History at the University of San Francisco, and Chair of the Chinese Hospital Health Association. Low was an instructor at the Legal Secretarial College from 1958 to 1966, and an Instructor at the Berkeley Adult Evening School from 1957 to 1962. He was also a Teaching Associate at the University of California Boalt Hall School of Law from 1955 to 1956. He later served as a speaker or panelist for various judicial seminars and study committees and was the Research Editor of State Bar Publications, Law in the News, and Law In Action from 1958 to 1976. In recognition of his contributions, Low was the recipient of the &quot;25 Year Service Award&quot; from the California Judges Association in 1991, and served as Chair of the California Judicial Council&#039;s Commission on the Future of the Courts and its Committee on Crime from 1991. Justice Kay started his legal career in private law practice in San Francisco with Livingston, Grant, Stone &amp;amp; Kay, which eventually became Livingston, Stone, Kay &amp;amp; McGowanon when Isabella Horton Grant was appointed to municipal court. In 1981, he was appointed to the Municipal Court, San Francisco Judicial District, City &amp;amp; County of San Francisco by Governor Brown Jr. and elected in 1982. He was then appointed to the Superior Court, City and County of San Francisco by Governor Brown Jr. in 1983, confirmed by Commission on Judicial Appointments in 1984, and re-elected in subsequent elections. Justice Kay served as the Presiding Judge, San Francisco Probate Court from 1997 to 2000, the Presiding Judge of Superior Court from July 1, 1996 to 1997, the Presiding Judge, San Francisco Superior Court Appellate Division from 1991 to 1994, the Presiding Judge, Criminal Division from July 1986 to July 1988, and the Assistant Presiding Judge of Superior Court from July 1, 1995 to 1996. In 2001, Justice Kay was appointed to the Court of Appeal, First Appellate District, Division Four by Governor Davis and confirmed by Commission on Judicial Appointments. He has been honored with the &quot;Trial Judge of the Year&quot; award from the San Francisco Trial Lawyers in 1992.               &lt;div&gt;&lt;p&gt;Justice Daniel M. Hanlon served as a Presiding Justice in the First Appellate District, Division Four from 1995 to 2000. Prior to that, he was a Judge on the Superior Court, San Francisco, appointed in 1978 by Governor Jerry Brown Jr., and then re-elected in 1980, 1986 and 1992. He also served as a Judge on the Municipal Court, San Francisco from 1972 to 1978, appointed by Governor Reagan. Prior to his judicial career, he practiced law as an Associate at Hoberg, Finger, Brown &amp;amp; Abramson in San Francisco from 1967 to 1972. During his career, he was a member of several organizations, including the California Judges Association, the San Francisco Lawyers&#039; Club, and the St. Thomas More Society of San Francisco. He was also a recipient of the St. Thomas More Award in 1984 and 1986. In addition, he served as a Legal Officer in the U.S. Marine Corps during the Vietnam War.&lt;/p&gt;
