Robert Timlin is a former Associate Justice of the Fourth District Court of Appeal in California. He grew up in Washington D.C., attended parochial schools, and went to Georgetown University for his undergraduate degree. He then went to law school and worked in the Criminal Division of the Justice Department, writing memos on new legislation and working on cases against Jimmy Hoffa.
