3rd District Court of Appeal

The Court of Appeal, Third Appellate District, will hold a Special In Memoriam Session of Court on August 19, 2024, at 9:30 a.m., for Justice Keith Sparks, who passed away on May 23, 2024.  This Special Session will be held in the first floor courtroom of the Stanley Mosk Library and Courts Building, 914 Capitol Mall, Sacramento, California.  The Special Session is open to the public; however, space is limited to no more than 70 attendees including staff and public.
