The Second District Court of Appeal announces the retirement of Justice Victoria Gerrard Chaney after a distinguished legal career spanning over three decades. Appointed to the Court of Appeal in 2009, Justice Chaney brought a wealth of experience from her 19 years as a trial judge and her prior tenure in the Los Angeles City Attorney's Office.
