William F. Rylaarsdam

William Frederick Rylaarsdam is an Associate Justice on the Court of Appeal, Fourth Appellate District, Division Three. He has held many positions in the legal field, including private practice, civil litigation, and various committees. He has also been involved in his community, serving on various committees and organizations. He has been honored with awards such as Judge of the Year and Jurist of the Year. He is a graduate of the University of Virginia, School of Law, Loyola University, School of Law, Los Angeles, and the University of California, Berkeley. He was born in The Netherlands and emigrated to the United States in 1953.
