The Court of Appeal, Third Appellate District, is seeking a qualified service provider or entity with expertise in training mediators to conduct fundamental appellate mediation training sessions for no more than 24 applicants to the Court’s mediation panel. The training must include segments on the appellate process, standards of review, and reversal rates on appeal, as well as role-playing exercises based on hypothetical appeals.
