The Third District Court of Appeal in California has issued an order extending all time periods specified by the California Rules of Court that occur between April 20 and May 18, 2020, for 30 days. However, this extension does not apply to briefs in juvenile dependency appeals and writs. If a party needs an extension of time, they must file an application for an extension.
