Miscellaneous Order No. 2007-3 is hereby RESCINDED. As of March 1, 2014, the clerk of this court will no longer automatically invite an answer to a petition for rehearing whenever a petition for rehearing is filed. (See California Rules of Court, rule 8.262(b)(2).)
