Administrative Order – March 14, 2022

The Court of Appeal of the State of California, Fifth Appellate District, rescinded its April 13, 2020 order that suspended all in-person oral argument sessions. The option to appear in-person for oral argument will resume as of the May 2022 oral argument calendar. In addition to in-person appearances, the parties may still elect to appear via CourtCall or videoconferencing.
