Court Reporters - Instructions for Filing Extension Requests

If you need an extension of time for a Criminal, Juvenile Delinquency or Juvenile Dependency case in the Sixth District Court of Appeal, you can fill out a form and submit it to the Court either electronically or by scanning your signature. The form must be approved by your Court Administrator before it can be sent to the Sixth District Court of Appeal. After the form is filed, a copy will be emailed to the sender.
