Court Reporters Request for Extension of Time - Civil

This form is used by court reporters in the Court of Appeal of the State of California to request an extension on the time to file transcripts for an appeal. This is typically due to other priority appeals, unusually long transcripts, illness/vacation, or other reasons. The court will either grant or deny the request for an extension.
