Emergency Order - April 15, 2020

The Judicial Council of California has issued an order due to the COVID-19 pandemic that authorizes the Court of Appeal for each appellate district to issue an order extending certain time periods specified by the California Rules of Court by no more than 30 days. This order is in effect from April 2020 to May 18, 2020. The Chief Justice of California, Tani G. Cantil-Sakauye, is the Chair of the Judicial Council.
