The Sixth District Court of Appeal in California has announced a new rule regarding briefs filed in accordance with In re Phoenix H. (2009) 47 Cal.4th 835. All briefs filed under this rule must now be submitted in letter format and electronically filed. All other requirements remain unchanged. This rule will be effective immediately.
