The Court of Appeal, Sixth Appellate District, proposes to repeal Local Rule 3, which provides an exception to the format of reporter’s transcripts in criminal appeals as required by Code of Civil Procedure section 271(a)(1). Pursuant to rule 10.1030, the repeal of the local rule will be printed in Advance Pamphlet No. 9, dated April 15, 2025, and will become effective as of May 30, 2025.
