The Court of Appeal, First Appellate District has released its latest Oral Argument Calendar. This calendar shows the tentative dates for oral arguments for each division of the court. It also shows the dates for oral arguments for the Supreme Court. Always verify the dates with the Clerk of the division to which your case was assigned.

Civil Appellate Practices and Procedures  for Self-Represented Litigants in the California Court of Appeal, Third Appellate District.

This form is a court order for an appeal in the State of California. It grants the parties' motion to augment the record on appeal with documents and transcripts from the superior court. The clerk of the superior court is ordered to prepare the transcripts and deliver them to the court of appeal, the Attorney General, and each party listed. The parties' brief is due within a set number of days from when the augmented record is filed.
