The Stanley Mosk Library and Courts Building, located at 914 Capitol Mall in Sacramento, is the permanent home of the Court of Appeal, Third Appellate District.

The Clerk's Office, located on the same floor, is open for the filing of documents and viewing of records from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, except for court holidays.

The Court of Appeal, Third Appellate District Mediation Center is located close to downtown, in the Natomas area of Sacramento. Normal business hours are 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, except Court holidays.

The Appellate Mediation Program is located at 2890 Gateway Oaks Drive, approximately five miles from the main court buildings in central Sacramento.
